Community experience suggests that the majority of neighbour conflict connected to visitors is not about the visitors at all. It is about repetition of small disturbances — a door left unlatched, a raised conversation at two in the morning, a buzzer pressed repeatedly because the guest has the wrong flat number. Individually these are minor. Cumulatively they can shape a neighbour's view of a household.
