| Reality=Reality Check: the most common form of harm at a board game night is not dramatic. It is someone leaving the evening feeling slightly diminished — talked over, corrected repeatedly, mocked for a poor move, or left out of a game they wanted to join. These moments are rarely intended as unkindness, and they are rarely addressed afterwards, which is what allows them to accumulate.
