Consent in group settings is not limited to intimate contact. It extends to conversation, physical proximity, photography, and inclusion in activities. Extroversion does not grant a wider licence, and reserve does not remove someone's right to be addressed directly. Where a guest's style consistently overrides others' boundaries, the situation has moved from personality to conduct, and hosts generally retain both the standing and the responsibility to address it.
