| Safety=Physical risk is the most obvious consideration and is best addressed at the level of self-knowledge. Participants are responsible for understanding their own health, limits, and any medical conditions relevant to exertion, and for declining activity that exceeds them. Groups can create conditions for safety, but they cannot assess an individual's body on their behalf.
