Accessibility is frequently understood narrowly, as a matter of wheelchairs and ramps. In practice the term covers a much wider range of circumstances: chronic pain, limited stamina, hearing or vision differences, neurodivergence, sensory sensitivity, medication schedules, anxiety, dietary needs, and temporary conditions such as an injury or a recent medical procedure. Any of these can affect whether a plan is realistic.
